Private Events & Celebrations
I believe in relaxed, candid photography for people who want to capture the memories, not spend all night posing. Perfect for Birthdays, Anniversaries, Engagements, Year 6 and Year 12 Proms, House-warmings, or anything else you're celebrating. I have an intense interest and love of people… and of parties! I think that’s why, with a camera in my hand, I pick up emotions, moments and stories. I love what I do, and I bring a relaxed, fun but highly professional atmosphere to every photographic assignment.
Sophie Dean Party @ Long Reef Golf Club
“Becs is the MOST incredibly talented photographer! She is able to capture the raw and pure emotions in a moment in time – nothing posed, just candid ‘in the moment’ pictures. On top of being the best photographer Becs is the MOST incredibly caring and bubbly individual and a pure joy to work with. Lots of guests just assumed you were an old friend given your awesome nature!Becs is like a ninja – we have no idea how she managed to capture so many shots of ALL of our guests from so many angles without ever feeling like she was in the way! We cannot thank you enough for capturing so many special memories of all of our family and friends. We would give Becs 10 stars if it were possible!!!”
Corporate Events & Parties
Dynamic event photography for business, enterprise, and organisations. I cover conferences, awards, networking, experiential, Christmas parties, and much more. I believe the best Corporate Event Photography is all about the people… It’s about capturing the speakers’ passion, the crowd’s energy, candid moments of genuine interactions and group shots of people having a good time. I will provide you with photography that will breathe life into your internal publications and media releases, that can be utilised for marketing and promoting your upcoming events. as well as heighten brand awareness with fresh content for social media.I’ll be there to capture all the emotion and give you a stack of images to use throughout your business
Louise Smith - Director @ Fly on the Wall Coaching.
"Working with Becs and her team has been really enjoyable, highly creative and refreshingly straightforward.
When we first met, we gave her a very loose and complicated brief around the kind of pictures we wanted for our Corporate Event - we then left her to her own devises. Her ability to capture just what we wanted was truly outstanding. She has a "nothing is too much trouble" approach which really comes into its own when the mayhem of a big gig is in full flood. On the day she became an extension to our team - sociable, funny and flexible. The team thought she was great. The clients didn't even realise they were being photographed. Everything came to light when we carried out a client review and they complimented the quality of the shots: "How they managed to capture the very essence of our event was amazing. The images really portray the essence of what our university is all about. They did a great job - we are so pleased."
Music Photography
This is actually where my deep passion lays as Music Photography was the very beginning of my photographic journey over 12 years go. I photographed live events for Music Week Magazine in London and was often found shooting behind the scenes at studio recordings. I love to capture that first gig feeling, one-off gigs, festival shots and more. Think vivid colours that take you right back to the energy of playing live, powerful shots of vulnerable moments on stage plus candid backstage and soundcheck shots to give your fans a behind-the-scenes look at your pre-gig rituals. From low capacity local music venues, to the bigger venues you dreamed of when you were kids, I’ll be down in the pit ready to capture it.
Ben Eshmade @ Arctic Circle Music. With regards Live Music Events
"I have been consistently impressed by Becs and Viveash Photography since we first started working together. Her creative photography manages to capture the excitement, energy and feel of my events. And she manages to know whatI want or need without the need for instruction which is a rare yet brilliant skill. I can’t recommend her enough."
Good questions to ask, Answered
Every photographer does things differently, so here's some of the most important topics you might want to know about.
If your question isn't answered here just ask and I'll be happy to help.
What's the difference between a 'private event' and a 'corporate event'?
Private events are things like Birthdays, Anniversaries, House-warmings, etc. Corporate event photography covers Conferences, Awards, Company Christmas parties, etc.
How much is photography? What is your day rate?
Pricing varies depending on the details. Events are typically charged by the hour with a minimum of two hours; everything else is typically charged by day rates plus licensing. Get in touch with the details and I can send you a tailored quote.
How many photos do we get?
It very much depends on the job! For most private and corporate events there's at least 40-60 photos per hour of shooting, depending on the event and guest numbers, and often a few more than that. For other shoots it depends what you need - let me know!
Is editing included?
All quotes include a basic round of editing to match my style. Any additional editing requested is charged at hourly from £60/hr.
Can we get the raw files to edit ourselves?
How can we use the images?
I can provide unedited raw files to corporate and PR clients that need to edit in-house to match a campaign style. All other clients receive edited high res JPGs.
For corporate, PR, or any other commercial shoots I'll include all the usage you need in the quote - unlimited in-house and editorial use is included as standard. For private events you get unlimited personal use so you can make your own prints and share on social media etc.
Do you take bookings outside London?
Absolutely, I can travel anywhere you need me.
How do we book?
When you're ready please do fill out the booking form below . For new clients there may be a reservation fee to pay, deducted from the balance. No bookings are complete until you receive an explicit booking confirmation email.
How far in advance should we book?
If you've got a date in mind it's never too early to book - weekends in particular are often booked months in advance, all year round as I don't really have a 'quiet season'. If the date isn't important I can usually fit you in within 2-3 weeks depending what you need.
Do you offer charity / not-for-profit discounts?
I offer a set number of charity discounts a year and favour charities that have made a difference to my family. I don't typically offer an NFP discount but please let me know your budget and what you need when you get in touch, and I'll let you know what I can do.
Is GST included?
Do you do on-site printing or a photobooth?
Do you do on-site printing or a photobooth?
Yes, I am requested for GST.
I don't provide these services myself, but I do know some excellent photo booth companies that I can introduce you to as one of my clients.
Yep, I shoot weddings and elopements all over NSW, and I make time for 25 full day weddings a year. Check out my wedding photography page for galleries and lots more info about how it all works.
